Absolutely Great

Everything went smoothly with my order. Easy to order, quick shipping, Dave answered all my questions. I decided on the weather-resistant plastic pellet Cornhole Bags and am very satisfied. I built my own boards using the provided instructions and everything worked out great. While a few friends commented that they didn't think the Cornhole bags slid as well as corn filled bags, they just needed to be broken in. A little dirt and dust on the bags and boards and it was perfect.
A few notes on Cornhole board building: Spend the extra money on a smooth wood top. I cheaped out and used OSB. It works, but did give me some problems. First, it's not a very smooth surface to start with. Cutting a perfect hole by hand with a jigsaw is also not the easiest thing to do; I'd recommend making a jig and possibly using a router/rotary tool. Otherwise, the blade moves erractically through the OSB and you have to be very careful. I ended up painting my boards with a semi-gloss, then using a spray polyacrylic. That didn't do much so I tried a brush on polyacrylic that worked much better. One coat worked pretty well and filled in some of the "divots" in the OSB. I'll be putting on a few more coats. Deco Art makes a product called Triple Thick Glaze that I've used for similar projects (beer pong tables, etc.) that would also work well.
So overall everything worked out great with the bags and I couldn't be happier. This will be a staple of summer parties and tailgates.
