I would like to start off by saying that I am very impressed and appreciative of the service of your company. And I am not writing this to get free Cornhole bags because I would have wrote Dave an email either way. Nonetheless I ordered myself 8 bags two weeks ago and received them no more than 3 days later. The bags I ordered were in great condition, they were used this past Saturday for over 64 cornhole games in a span of 8 hours and they worked great.

 

I emailed Dave last week in regards to a friend of mine getting bags from you guys last summer, which ended up breaking. So when I heard this I in turn emailed Dave, asking him what the procedure is if his bags were to break. Not only did it take him less than 10 minutes to reply to my question, but he also told me to have my friend who got bags from last summer that broke, to contact him to get a new set of bags. 

 

The service is almost shocking, the professionalism you guys have shown in only a few emails with me makes me know you guys are a reliable source to get cornhole bags/boards from. Luckily for you guys, that in my area QUINCY MA, cornhole is a big summer drinking game. Not only have I spread the word to my friends and people that I know play the game, I also did a mass email to all my buddies with your link showing them your service and dedication to take care of your client (myself). You guys went above and beyond your call of duty to make sure that I received the correct bags that are reliable. Which after this weekend, proved the those bags can with stand a lot of hours and a lot of play.

 

So again, thank you for your service, and thank you for replying to my email so quickly, which enabled me to feel comfortable ordering bags and such from you guys. I can almost guarantee you that the mass email I sent out, that included Dave's reply to my original email, and the link to your website will absolutely get you guys some more clients. 

 

If I don't win free bags that's OK with me, this little write up is more so thanking you guys for your service.
