disappointment turned into happiness

I have recently turned in a post about how disappointed I was.

But of course I was jumping the gun.

That was before I got a chance to call customer service. They turned my frown into a smile and a very satisfied customer and player of Cornhole. I had ordered a set of weather resistant bags and while we were playing a few of the bags ripped at the seams. Of course you get a little annoyed especially when it is a holiday weekend and your having a get-together. I called to inquire about replacing the bags and to my surprise I got no hassle at all. Way to go customer service!!

My friends will be ordering also because it is hard to find a company to stand behind their product anymore. My replacement Bean Bags were sent out and I got them in less time then the first time I ordered. Standing behind your products are the reason for your success and many happy cornholers. Everyone enjoyed the game so much we did end up putting duct tape on the seams to get more playing time. Young and old, there is no age limit. That's what so great about playing.
