Three years and going strong!

Since I've retired in 2005 I began looking for things to do. In the summer of 2006 I experienced my first Cornhole game. I had so much fun that I wanted to make them. I placed my first order with SC Cornhole Games and I've been ordering from them ever since. For example, last weekend I played on a Cornhole board with the same bags that I gave to my daughter 3 yrs. ago. I can't believe the dust that still comes from those bags. The game appears to be as new as I first played on it 3 summers ago. I am completely satisfied with the prompt service, quality of equipment and replies if I have a question.

Our Cornhole boards are great! Very high quality boards. Each board was sanded and edges were smooth. Immediately ready for paint. Bags will probably last a very long time. Nice canvas, tightly sewn and the right type of filling. Extremely fast service. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company; I know I will again!

Time saver -

My first experience with Cornhole Bags was to make our own. Got the size, weight etc off the internet. Off to the fabric store for some different colors of duck cloth. Off to the grain meal for bags of corn. Needed more corn - back to the feed meal. Sewing the bags, filling the bags. Then a family member told us about your company. Buying our next set of bags from you saved me time and money. Thank you!

I have to say that this has been the best fun for kids of all ages! We are an Illinois Lake Association in northern Illinois and everyone here has so much fun with this activity. We keep our sets out side in the summer and bring them in to our indoor recreation area and play all winter long.

I purchased the Cornhole Sets for my son's birthday. I am totally satisfied with the quality of the wood (I ordered an unfinished set), the speed of delivery, the cost, well, everything. Thanks!

Homemade Fun in the Backyard

I don't know what cave (or "hole"?) I'd been living in, but was really unaware of the "Cornhole phenomenon" and industry until about a month ago. That's surprise No. 1. A friend had a board at his Wisconsin cabin and we played some, but there was no mention of the dimensions of the "movement." Just for kicks I "googled" bag-game when I was surfing around. That was the beginning. Surprise No. 2 was to find you guys and so close, also in the Chicago suburbs, and all you offer. You provided board plans (you can't beat Free!, which they were) and I built and enamalled a pair in a few hours. Then I ordered a set of your Cornhole Bags (Orange and Blue for Illini) - they arrived in one workday's time. And they are so good, I ordered a second set as a gift for that friend in Wisconsin - (red and black, of course). Second set also came within two days. Can't beat your service or the fun we've had with the game. Thanks for making it happen so quickly.

Black and Gold!

My best friend (Dave) and I started talking about 6 months ago about making our own Cornhole boards for the upcoming UCF (University of Central Florida - Knights) football season. We both graduated from UCF and our now season ticket holders. Dave discovered the game on a trip to Ohio when he started playing with family. Being (very) amateur carpenters we figured we could build them cheaper and better than we could buy them, and also add a custom paint job.

This summer I searched the net for Cornhole Dimensions. I found a couple sets but decided on using the plans provided by this site. They were the easiest to follow and seemed the most complete out of any others I could find. Being that these boards are for tailgating I made a couple modifications, while sticking to the overall idea. Our boxes are 2' x 3' (as opposed to standard 4'). I also made the top board of the frame out of a 1x4, which spans the wide of the board (2 feet) and caps the 2x4's on the side. I designed the the legs just as described, which are attached with bolts and wing nuts. I dropped the height to 10.5 inches to maintain a similar angle, due to them being only 3'.

One customization I added was 42 small holes (2 rows of 21) on the 1x4. Then, using appropriately colored golf tees (to match the bags) you move the tees to keep score.
I completed construction and then handed them off to Dave to be primed and painted. Dave and his wife did an awesome job making them look truly finished. To get the logo she actually printed it out; laid carbon paper on the primed board; laid the logo over the top and traced it. The carbon paper did its job and put the out line of the logo right on the board. A few detailed coats of paint later and a coat of clear-coat spray “paint” and they are done. Football season starts at the end of this month and were stoked to break these babies out, wow the crowd and play some Cornhole.

Unexpected adventure

About one month ago we were introduced to the Corn Hole game. It was absolutely habit forming. my husband immediately came home and made the boards. We have a farm so we painted them John Deere colors. We found your website and was excited to find the Corn hole Bags in the yellow and green colors that we wanted. We were going camping that weekend and did not expect to receive the bags so quick. We had them in three days. We introduced the game to others at the camp ground and I just ordered a second set of bags in Navy and yellow for a michigan wolverines fan. I have alresdy received those. Thanks for adding to our fun. We are very family oriented and this is pure family fun. Barbara Hartless

Unfilled Bags

by Courtney Clough

I recently ordered a set (8 bags) of the unfilled bags in red and gray. The Cornhole Bags were shipped SUPER fast. The material used (duck cloth) is some of the best that I have come accross in my 2 years of playing Cornhole. The directions on filling the bags were extremely easy to understand. I loved the fact that I could save a few bucks by finishing them myself. As long as you know someone who can use a sewing machine these bags are the way to go!
